How long does it take for the celebrity to respond to my request?

Requests will be completed in the order that they come in. Some celebrities have more time that others and can respond very quickly, while others cannot. Our cancellation policy states that after 7 days of no response, you may "Nudge" the celebrity to alert them to respond to your request. After 10 days of no response, you may cancel for a full refund.

Why does the price change every time I go to a celebrities profile?

Our system recognizes how many requests come in to each celebrity and to prevent the celebrity from receiving too many requests, we increase the price based on demand. This way, the celebrity has a reasonable amount of requests to respond to.

The request I sent in was cancelled and I was charged $50. Why did this happen?

For inappropriate requests from fans, they will be charged $50 and the request will be cancelled. These requests are marked as "inappropriate" by the celebrity and reviewed by the admin for further review. If the admin sees the request as reasonable and appropriate, the $50 will not be charged.

The celebrity responded to my request but said the wrong names and did not answer my question. What do I do?

Give the celebrity a star rating based on your experience. If it wasn't up to your expectation give them a low star rating. A one star rating will allow you to request a refund.

How does a celebrity register for a Fan Connexion account?

The celebrity sign up form on the contact us tab will send the request for approval of a celebrity account. Celebrity will have to be verified before creating a profile.

How does a fan create an account?

You can click the "Sign Up" button or once you are about to make your purchase, you will be required to create an account. You can use your Facebook, Google, or email accounts that will set up your user profile.
